The sturdy Jute Rug in the color Grey is made of 90% jute and 10% cotton fabric. Jute fabric is a long, soft, and strong bast fiber that can be spun into rough, strong threads. It is obtained from plants found mainly in warm, humid regions of India. The Ford Rug is also available in the colors Ivory, Silver, and Natural (see webshop) and measures 170 x 240 cm.
Each rug is hand-woven and therefore unique. This can lead to variations in appearance and size, which is a natural and characteristic part of a hand-woven rug. Jute is a natural fiber and can discolor when exposed to light and sunlight.
