What are parrot tulips?

Parrot tulips originated from a mutation of late-blooming and triumphal tulips. The parrot tulip's appearance is a bit coarser, but still attractive! I've managed to acquire four colors of artificial parrot tulips! One is cream, which closely resembles white.
