1. First, turn on the light string.

2. Attach the battery part at the top near the cord.

3. Place the first light at the top point of the star.

4. Then work along the other corners and make sure there is a light at every corner.

5. Wrap the string lightly diagonally around the metal star.

This way, the 10 LED lights are distributed over the ornament and the rusty bells also remain visible.
